My special guest is Ann-See Yeoh. If you are a Les Mills Instructor there is no way that you won’t know who Ann-See is. She’s been a Les Mills master trainer in the UK since the beginning and was UK Head Body Balance trainer for many years. You will have seen her at Quarterly Workshops delivering inspiring master classes. Many of you will have been on her Body Combat or Body Balance modules.
Ann-See has appeared in four Body Balance DVDs – the earliest being release 23.
But it’s not just all Les Mills. Ann-See is also a fitness entrepreneur and describes herself as a coach and mentor. She runs several businesses including B.E. Yoga and runs Yoga retreats in France and Spain.
If you are not a Les Mills Instructor you will learn quickly about Ann-See’s passion for helping people succeed and grow either as participants or instructors.
