If you want more spoilers you can click on the links above to see the music on Amazon. They won’t be exactly the same mixes because Les Mills often edit the tracks, and some are Les Mills cover versions and not available commercially. But it will give you a good feel for what’s on its way.
Musically this is an imrpovement on 70 – really not loving 70 – tracks 3a & 5 are the only standout tracks. Love having the music for the next release early – although I won’t know the moves until the release is taught to me, the music makes me feel good in advance. 😉
I like this release, the only thing is the tai chi, I prefer the slower older ones, more calming, the balance track is a bit too long lol
I love the music to this release! However I don’t really feel the power in track 3. My absolute favorite is track 5. Great song teamed with great choreography.
The core back is an absolute killer! I.ve never had to do so much of a track on my knees. Hope I improve soon!
I’m just watching the new DVD – I’m usually so excited and delighted about each release. I’ve been teaching BB for 15 years. I can honestly say I don’t like this one at all. It’s just personal but I think they’ve tried to go too quirky with the music – it’s by catchy and sounds a bit sordid. Just my thoughts.
Hi Klara Morgan
…How does one watch the new releases on DVD…
I am in the class of body flow as a participant…
…and like Robin…the song that sounds like a woman singing through a comb
….sets my teeth on edge as well…!!!
Thanks

Bodyflow 71 makes me sad I have ears. It is the most low energy, boring release in ages. The warm up moves are awful and the song that sounds like a woman singing through a comb is unbearable.
Robin – Hide and Seek was in Balance before. Release 38 I think. It was dire then too. Fortunately I have to use a cover version for my classes at venues that don’t pay royalty fees – and the cover version doesn’t have all those dreadful electronic effects.
I absolutely love it all. I enjoyed the track and body movements
