Great review
Thank you.
As a long-time participant, I have to respectfully disagree. While I appreciate that this release is not as difficult as some of the most recent releases have been, musically this is the least inspired release to date. It’s 55 minutes of the same insipid drivel you hear on the office radio. For the first time in 9 years I don’t even want to go to class, nor add a song to the BodyFlow playlist I have on my phone and like to listen to on my commute. Can’t wait for the instructors in my area to start mixing this release out in 2-3 weeks. This one gets a massive thumbs down from me.
Oh that’s a shame. You and I usually agree on Body Balance. This one has gone down really well here. Yes – I’d always prefer some non-pop music like Conjure One or Sleepthief but this one works for me.
I went back to class a couple of times last week and talked to some of the instructors. The consensus in my area seems to be that the music is meh – from both instructors and participants. It may be because it’s Canada and our home boys Drake and Bieber are overplayed on the radio here. LM, please stop the Bieber!!
