My guest is Stephen Breakwell. He’s a Black Belt Taekwondo Teacher, rock guitarist, cyclist and now a Les Mills Body Combat, Body Balance, CXWorx and RPM instructor as well as a freetstyle Kaiser Spinning instructor.
