The iPhone 3GS doesn’t have the best camera in the world, but sometimes, just sometimes, it is possible to capture a moment so spectacular that it almost leaves you breathless.

This was taken about 20,000ft above the Scottish Borders through the window of a British Airways A320.

Simply staggeringly beautiful.

This is my favourite photo from all those that I took during 2009. I just love the comparison between the beautiful flower and the horrible electricity pylon in the background.

Don’t you just love mobile phone cameras? After a busy week at work. Endless meetings which fill the Outlook calendar from morning to night. How great to see such a beautiful sunset over a suburban street. Just look at the colours. I’m always willing to swap a meeting room for the great outdoors even if the outdoors is in town!
